New England Newspaper & Press Association
Founded in 1930
The New England Newspaper & Press Association awards six separate A-Mark Prizes for Investigative Reporting, one for each state it represents: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Entry is open to journalists based in those six states whose primary medium is the written word, including reporters, columnists, and investigative journalists working for newspapers and online news sites.
